•For Those Who Purchased Early Bird Tickets: If you bought your Early Bird tickets through Checkout.co, don’t worry—your tickets are still valid, and no action is required on your part.

To prevent any confusion, we’ve put up a page at the old Checkout.co link that will redirect you to our new Shopify ticketing page.

To keep the vibe authentic and respect everyone’s experience, we kindly ask that you refrain from using your phone’s camera during SoundFactory events. We won’t be taking your phones, but you’ll receive a sticker to place over your camera lens upon entry. Don’t worry, the sticker is easy to remove at the end of the night.

If you’re caught using your camera, you’ll be asked to leave the event. Let’s all focus on enjoying the moment together!
